Menorca's food strategy

Strategy framed by the signature of the Milan Urban Food Policy Pact in 2017 by the Island Council of Menorca, to promote a change in the food system of the island. The strategy focuses on promoting a healthy diet and promoting a model of production, distribution and consumption based on family farming, and proximity, seasonal, sustainable products and that matches the objectives of Food Sovereignty.
