Mathantverk: an Artisan Food Concept (Archipelago Sea Area)

Mathantverk is a new concept especially suited for small-scale surroundings like the archipelago. In cooperation with other coastal regions in Finland, a training program for different trades within the food craftsmanship was started. Some of the students were new entrepreneurs and others developed their business in order to brand themselves as food artisans.
