The SLIQ approach is elaborated by Vietnam National MAB Committee for designing, establishing and sustainable management of BRs in Vietnam. SLIQ stands for Systems Thinking, Landscape Planning, Intersectoral Coordination, Quality Economy. SLIQ has provided the scientific basis and methodology for the establishment and deployment of BRs in Vietnam in response to sustainable development goals of Vietnam and UN.
